London 17-07-2009 - IDEX Exhibitions Ltd. launches a new website today – www.offpriceshow.co.uk - for its fashion trade event the Off-Price Show. The new site features an updated and improved look and feel and promotes the new location for the next edition of the event in Warsaw, Poland, in September 2009.

Considering the location for the new show the new site is fully multilingual, supporting both English and Polish. The site also features the EventWare™ gallery for a photo presentation of past shows and video presentation which gives users a real feel for the show. The user friendly Content Management System allows Idex Exhibitions to quickly add site updates and news items as they happen. The flexible EventWare List Management and Communications tool allows the organiser to communicate effectively with registrants and past attendees. Bespoke newsletters are created and sent to custom generated attendee lists.

The new site is based on Activate Media’s EventWare platform, the complete Internet solution for event promoters. EventWare provides content management, online registration, payment, database management and a list management and communications system.
